Design Policy and Procedures

The Policy and Procedures with regards to our design services can be broken down into two areas. Web design and Graphic design. It is our wish, (and we are certain yours also), that the design process be as smooth and painless as possible regardless of the complexity of the web site, document, or advertisement being designed . It is our hope that the policy and procedures set forth here will ensure that very end. We realize that there are circumstances occurring occasionally beyond both of our controls which can cause delays and sometimes miscommunication by both parties; and we are prepared to deal with those situation(s) professionally and fairly. I. Graphic Design Policy and Procedures

The following policy and procedures applies to all of the following:

Business Cards | Logos | Flyers | Direct Mail Pieces | CD and DVD Jackets and Discs

1. Initial Contact- obtain information about the design request and any graphic files- (if available) and begin dialog of design concepts and ideas.

2. Design any number of versions agreed upon by both parties. Email to client upon completion via .swf file or placed on our web site in the form of an html file. Wait for appoval.

3. Upon approval from client, we will begin compiling the final folders with their associated file types, (requested by client), at which time client is billed for services rendered.

4. Client sends payment through agreed upon method.

5. When payment through agreed upon method is complete, source files are then released to client in whatever agreed upon format and method of delivery.


II. Web Design Policy and Procedure

The following policies and procedures applies to all of the following:

Web site design | Email and other html documents | All Banner ads

(The following guidelines are general and subject to change agreed upon by both parties )

1. Initial Contact- Obtain info and graphic files- (if available) and begin dialog of design concepts and ideas.

2. Begin design of anchor page (home page), html document, or banner ad.

3. Upon anchor page, document, or ad completion and approval, begin design of support pages if required (web design only).

4. Upon completion and approval of support pages, html document or banner ad, begin testing of all links and components on our server.

5. Upon completion of the test phase if everything works to the clients satisfaction, the compiling of the source files begins. Client is then billed for the web site and/or design work completed.

6. When payment through agreed upon method is complete, source files are then released to client in whatever agreed upon format and method of delivery.
